You will see this sign on Rt 19

One Williamsburg Place

Suite 250

Warrendale PA 15086

Williamsburg Place is just 1/10 of a mile from Rt 19, off Warrendale Bayne Rd and
just about 1/2 mile from I-79 Warrendale Exit after turning right onto Warrendale Bayne Rd.
From the PA Turnpike exit 3, I am about 2 miles south on Rt 19, turn right at Warrendale Bayne Rd.
The building is at the TOP of the hill, NOT the square office building that is right on Warrendale Bayne.
Specific directions below! Scroll to the bottom of the page.

You will see a big townhouse plan (Assent Apartments) as you come up the hill, my office is on the left side!

The waiting area is on the 2nd floor at the end of the hall. Turn Right at the top of the steps and go to the end of the hall to the waiting area. My office is near the end of the hall on the right.

Any problems call my cell 724-494-1468

Free parking in the lot in front of and on the side of the building.

see directions below* at the very bottom of the page is a Google Map

Please TEXT me rather than Email, I will see the message much faster and I am less likely to miss the message.

Please note that it is much faster and more efficient to CALL OR TEXT me. I do not check my email during the work day or weekends. In addition, it is easy to miss due to far too much junk in my "IN BOX".

If you have questions about the type of therapies that I offer, please contact me. My training is quite different and much more extensive than other therapists. I am also the contact person for the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists, so if you are not in the Pittsburgh PA, North Pittsburgh area, I may be able to direct you to someone in your area.

Unfortunately, there are only around 300 Well TRAINED Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists in the USA and our membership is even smaller. However, there are other well-trained therapists that do similar and related treatments and self-help suggestions that I can make to help.

If, by chance, you are a therapist, PT, or Doctor that does MTPT, Myofascial Therapy, Trigger Point Injections, or ANY other Myofascial pain-related work, please contact me
